We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Agreement Establishing the Arab International Bank for Foreign Trade and Development Between the Sultanate of Oman, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Libyan Arab Republic, and the statute annexed to the agreement, signed by Us on 24 September 1973,
hereby decide as follows
Article 1
The Agreement Establishing the Arab International Bank for Foreign Trade and Development and the statute annexed to it are hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and is considered in force and comes into effect on the date of its publication.
