We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of articles 6 and 60 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 46 of 1973 issued on 26 December 1973,
and on the basis of matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Ismail Mubarak Ibrahim is hereby appointed to the grade of First Secretary at the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from its date and must be published in the Official Gazette.
