We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
In pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ahmed bin Sultan bin Saif Al-Hosni is hereby appointed Director of Protocol in the Diwan of Protocol.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
