We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 10 of the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sheikh Musallam bin Ali bin Salim Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed to the grade of Ambassador in the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on 1 September 1975, and must be published in the Official Gazette.
