We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
In pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalili is hereby transferred from the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs to the Ministry of Justice.
Article 2
The mentioned is hereby appointed Grand Mufti of the Sultanate at the Ministry of Justice.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from its date.
