We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 14 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ambassador Ahmed Hamoud Al-Harthy is hereby transferred from the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of Kenya.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 August 1976 and must be published in the Official Gazette.
