We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Commerce and Industry after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Paragraph 17 of the Mandates of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry provided in Annex A of the mentioned Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 is hereby repealed. The Office for the Boycott of Israel is also hereby abolished from the organisational structure of that ministry as provided in Annex B of the mentioned law.
Article 2
The mandates set out in Article I are hereby transferred to the Directorate General of Customs.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
