Royal Decree 20/78 Appointing the Undersecretary of the General Directorate of Finance as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Development Bank

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74,

and Royal Decree 31/76 Establishing Oman Development Bank,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Mohammed Moosa, Undersecretary of the General Directorate of Finance, is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Development Bank.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
