We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 3 of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Establishing Gulf Air Company between the Government of the Sultanate and the Governments of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the State of Bahrain, and the State of Qatar, signed on 1 May 1978, and in particular Article 24(2) of the Agreement.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Agreement Establishing Gulf Air Company is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
