Royal Decree 43/78 Promoting an Employee in the Foreign Ministry to the Grade of Minister Plenipotentiary

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of article 12 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,

and in pursuance of public interest,

Abdullah Ali Al-Najjar is hereby promoted to the grade of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Foreign Ministry.

Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on 1 June 1978 and must be published in the Official Gazette.
