We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,
and the Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Thailand signed at the Ministry of Transportation on 5 June 1979,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Thailand signed on 5 June 1979 is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
