Royal Decree 55/79 Transferring the Services of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport to the Ministry of the Interior and Appointing Him as Its Undersecretary

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The services of Abdullah Ali Al-Qatabi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation, are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Interior.

Article 2

The mentioned is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior.

Article 3

Those concerned shall implement this decree, each within his mandate.

Article 4

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
