We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium for Air Services signed in Muscat on 20 February 1980,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium for Air Services is hereby ratified.
Article 2
The mentioned agreement enters into force in accordance with the text of article 19 of it.
Article 3
The relevant government entities in the Sultanate shall, each within its mandate, implement the provisions of the mentioned agreement.
Article 4
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
