We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Morocco in the city of Rabat on 14 Rabi Al-Thani 1402, corresponding to 9 February 1982, which was initialled on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate by the Minister of Commerce and Industry,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Morocco, which was signed on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate by the Minister of Commerce and Industry, is hereby approved.
Article 2
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
