Royal Decree 90/82 Ratifying the Principles Agreement Signed Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Yemen

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Agreement of Principles signed in Kuwait on 27 October 1982 Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement of Principles signed Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
