Royal Decree 16/84 Ratifying the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China Relating to Civil Air Transport

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 110/81 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China Relating to Civil Air Transport,

and the texts of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 3 May 1983,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China Relating to Civil Air Transport is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
