Royal Decree 43/85 Recomposing the Board of Directors of Oman Cement Company

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 53/82 Appointing Government Representatives to the Boards of Directors of the Companies in Which It Contributes,

and the Articles of Association of Oman Cement SAOG and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Board of Directors of Oman Cement SAOG is hereby recomposed as follows:

1. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Chairman

2. Dr Ali bin Mohammed bin Moosa Deputy chairman

3- Dr Sharif Lutfi Mohammed Member

4. Mohammed bin Ali bin Nasser Al-Alawi Member

5. Engineer Khamis bin Mubarak Khamis Al-Kiyumi Member

6. Hamoud bin Ibrahim Somar Member

7. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Harthy Member

8. Dr Faisal Mohammed Al-Ameer Member

9. Malik bin Muhanna Al-Adawi Member

10. Maher bin Salim Al-Alawi Member

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
