Royal Decree 82/85 Amending the Organisational Structure of the Environment Protection and Pollution Control Council

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and article 3 of Royal Decree 46/84 Amending the Organisational Structure of the Council of Environment Protection and Pollution Control,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the Council of Environment Protection and Pollution Control is hereby amended in accordance with the attached chart.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
