Royal Decree 37/86 Ratifying the Signing of the Reciprocal Tax Exemption Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 11/86 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement on the Reciprocal Exemption of Tax on Income Derived from Air Transport Activities Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 22 February 1986,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement on the Reciprocal Exemption of Tax on Income Derived from Air Transport Activities Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
