Royal Decree 16/88 Ratifying the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Establishment of a Joint Committee

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 80/87 Authorising the Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs to Sign the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Establishment of a Joint Committee,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Tunis on 14 December 1987,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Establishment of a Joint Committee is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
