We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 86/84 Issuing the Law and Statute of Government Tenders,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Tender Board is hereby recomposed as follows:

| – Minister of Housing | Deputy chairman |
| – Minister of Electricity and Water | Deputy chairman |
| – Minister of Regional Municipalities Affairs | Member |
| – Minister of Civil Service | Member |
| – Undersecretary of Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Economy | Member |
| – Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport | Member |
| – Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry | Member |
| – A representative of the relevant ministry | Member |
Article II
The board shall exercise its powers in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law of Government Tenders and the Statute of Government Tenders issued by Royal Decree 86/84.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
