We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74,
and Royal Decree 79/87 Establishing the Oman Fisheries Company,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
His Excellency Dr Ali bin Mohammed bin Moosa is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Fisheries Company.
Article II
The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Oman Fisheries Company as representatives of the stake of the government:
– Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries
– Minister of Commerce and Industry
– Minister of Regional Municipalities
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
