Royal Decree 43/91 Appointing Non-Resident Ambassadors

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif—Our ambassador to the Republic of Korea—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of the Philippines.

Article II

Ambassador Munir bin Abdulnabi bin Yousuf Makki—Our ambassador to the French Republic—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Senegal.

Article III

Ambassador Salim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Wahaibi—Our ambassador to the Republic of India—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Mauritius.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
