We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,
and the Articles of Association of Oman Cement SAOG,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Board of Directors of Oman Cement SAOG is hereby recomposed as follows:
-The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Chairman
– The Commercial Advisor of the Minister of Commerce and Industry
Deputy chairman
– Director General of Industry in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Member
– Chief Executive Officer of the Rusail Industrial Area Authority
Member
– Secretary of the Commercial Register in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Member
– Director of the Energy and Production Sector Budget Directorate at the Ministry of Finance and Economy
Member
– Director General of Planning in the Technical Secretariat of the Development Council
Member
Article II
All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
