Royal Decree 86/91 Appointing Assistants to the Inspector General of Police and Customs

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 35/90 Issuing the Police Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Major General Abdullah bin Ali Al-Nabri is hereby appointed Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

Article II

Brigadier Mohammed bin Marhoon Al-Maamari is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations and Training Affairs.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 2 November 1991.
