We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Hamoud bin Abdullah Al-Harthy is hereby appointed Minister of Justice, Awqaf, and Islamic Affairs.
Article II
Yahya bin Mahfoodh Al-Mandhari is hereby appointed Minister of Education.
Article III
Salim bin Abdullah Al-Ghazali is hereby appointed Minister of Transport.
Article IV
Sheikh Amer bin Shuwain Al-Hosni is hereby appointed Minister of Regional Municipalities and Environment.
Article V
Hamed bin Said bin Mohammed Al-Aufi is hereby appointed Minister of Water Resources.
Article VI
Maqbool bin Ali bin Sultan is hereby appointed Minister of Commerce and Industry.
Article VII
Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Issai is hereby appointed Minister of Social Affairs and Labour.
Article VIII
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 15 December 1991.
