We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sheikh Hilal bin Sultan bin Saif Al-Hosni is hereby appointed Undersecretary for Endowments and Islamic Affairs in the Ministry of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs.
Article II
Sayyid Abdulhamid bin Yarub Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Undersecretary for Justice Affairs in the Ministry of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 15 December 1991.
