We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Harthy is hereby appointed Undersecretary for National Heritage Affairs in the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture.
Article II
Salim bin Ismail bin Ali Al-Suwaid is hereby appointed Undersecretary for Cultural Affairs in the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 15 December 1991.
