We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 67/90 Delegating in the Signing of the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Arising From International Air Transport,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 9 November 1991,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Arising From International Air Transport is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
