Royal Decree 22/92 Transferring Director Generals to the First Financial Grade of the First Circle

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, those named in the attached list are hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first cycle of the general schedule attached to the Civil Service Law.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

– Darwish bin Ismail Al-Balushi	Director General of Budget and Accounts at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
– Warith bin Mubarak Al-Kharusi	Director General of the State General Reserve Fund.
– Hassan bin Juma bin Abdullah Al-Nasiri	Director General at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
– Yousef bin Suleiman bin Baqir	Director General of the Technical Office at the Agency of the Development Council.
