We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, the following are hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule:
– Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Harthi
Economist at the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers
– Hamid bin Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Rasbi
Director General of Documentation and Archives at the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers
– Saud bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Ruqaishi
Director of the Office of the Secretary of the Council of Ministers
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
