We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Fields of Sports and Youth,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Secretary General of the Supreme Committee for Conferences—Acting Chairman of the Public Authority for Sports and Youth Activities—is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Fields of Sports and Youth.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
