We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, the following are hereby transferred to the special grade:
– Rashid bin Salim bin Hamad Al-Masrouri—Director General of Commerce at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
– Maher bin Salim bin Rashid Al-Alawi—Director General of the Headquarters of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
