Royal Decree 18/93 Ratifying the Trade and Economic Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 20/90 Authorising the Minister of Commerce and Industry to Sign the Trade and Economic Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia,

and the provisions of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 8 December 1992,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Trade and Economic Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
