We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of India for Facilitating Investment in the Oil and Fertiliser Industries,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of India for Facilitating Investment in the Oil and Fertiliser Industries.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
