We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 116/91 Issuing the System of Public Authorities and Establishments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Dr Ali bin Hassan bin Ali Al-Abduwani—Advisor to the President of the Vocational Training Authority—is hereby transferred to the special grade.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
