We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Hassan bin Mohammed bin Ali is hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule attached to the Civil Service Law, with the title of Director General of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
