We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Establishing the Joint Committee for Cooperation Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen signed in Muscat on 8 September 1993,
and the Framework Agreement for Cooperation Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen signed in Muscat on 8 September 1993,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The signing of the mentioned Agreement Establishing the Joint Committee for Cooperation and the Framework Agreement for Cooperation Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen signed in Muscat on 8 September 1993 is hereby approved.
Article II
The mentioned agreements are hereby ratified.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
