We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 2/94 Amending the Ministerial Formation,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Minister of State for Development Affairs is hereby appointed a member of:
– Development Council.
– Financial Affairs Council.
– Supreme Committee for Town Planning.
– Supreme Committee for Vocational Training and Labour.
– Commercial and Industrial Coordination Committee.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
