We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sheikh Sultan bin Rashid bin Malik Al-Shihi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment for Regional Municipalities Affairs.
Article II
Sheikh Ahmed bin Mubarak bin Mustahil Bait Shammas is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment for Environmental Affairs.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
