We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Convention on the Regulation of Transit Traffic Among the Arab League States signed on 14 March 1977,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the mentioned Convention on the Regulation of Transit Traffic Among the Arab League States is hereby approved.
Article II
Competent entities shall undertake the procedures for acceding to the agreement in accordance with its provisions.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
