We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Ethiopia for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories, which was initialled in Muscat on 25 December 1991,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Ethiopia for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
