Royal Decree 49/94 Ratifying the Educational Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 23/93 Authorising the Signing of the Educational Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Arab Emirates,

and the mentioned signed agreement dated 9 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1413 corresponding to 1 May 1993,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Educational Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Arab Emirates is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
