We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,
Royal Decree 46/76 Establishing the Port Services Corporation,
and Royal Decree 47/76 Appointing the Members of the Board of Directors of the Port Services Corporation,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Board of Directors of the Port Services Corporation is hereby composed of twelve members as follows:
(a) Five members representing the share of the government, including the chairman of the board of directors and his deputy, and their appointment must be issued by a royal decree.
(b) Seven members representing the rest of the shareholders, to be elected from among the shareholders, each of whom owns at least 200 (two hundred) shares, provided that the term of office of the member is two years with the possibility of re-election.
Article II
The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Port Services Corporation as representatives of the share of the government:

| 2. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport | Deputy chairman |
| 3. Director General of Commerce at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry | Member |
| 4. Director General of Customs in Royal Oman Police | Member |
| 5. Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour | Member |
Article III
The articles of association of the Port Services Corporation must be amended in accordance with article I of this decree.
Article IV
The mentioned Royal Decree 47/76 is hereby repealed.
Article V
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force as of the next fiscal year of the corporation.
