We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, the following are hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule attached to the Civil Service Law:
Ali bin Siddiq bin Ali Al-Zadjali
Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Office of His Highness the Special Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.
Dr Salim bin Abdullah bin Salim Al-Harami
Director General of Health Services for the Governorate of Muscat in the Ministry of Health.
Mohammed Baqir bin Moosa bin Ali
Director General of Planning in the Ministry of Health.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
