Royal Decree 124/94 Appointing Representatives of the Stake of the Government in the Board of Directors of Oman Cement Company

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

Royal Decree 52/91 Recomposing the Board of Directors of Oman Cement Company,

and the Articles of Association of Oman Cement SAOG and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Oman Cement SAOG as representatives of the share of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman:

1. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Industry	Chairman
2. Commercial Advisor to the Minister of Commerce and Industry.	Member
3. Director General of Income and Investments at the Ministry of Finance and Economy	Member
4. Director General of Development Planning at the Ministry of Development	Member

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 52/91 is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
