Royal Decree 10/95 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Air Services between and beyond Their Respective Territories

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 73/91 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Air Services,

and the texts of the mentioned agreement signed in Tehran on 11 December 1994,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Air Services is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
