Royal Decree 61/95 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of the Joint Commission

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 29/93 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of a Joint Committee Between the Two Countries,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Rabat on 27 June 1995,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of the Joint Committee is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
