We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
A new paragraph numbered (d) is hereby added to the end of article 21 of the mentioned Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Government Officers, the text of which is as follows:
(d) To return to the fund the end-of-service gratuity that has been disbursed to him for the period of his service prior to becoming a national.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of entry into force of the mentioned Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Government Officers.
