We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 6/96 Establishing the Oman Charitable Organisation,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The text of the last paragraph of article 3 of the mentioned Constitution of the Oman Charitable Organisation issued by Royal Decree 6/96 is hereby replaced with the following text:
Five businesspersons nominated by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a period of three years that is renewable.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
